Welcome to Wellness Code’s website (the “Site”), located at https://wellnesscode.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any services, content, or features made available through the Site. By using or accessing this Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and by all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Texas. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

TERMINOLOGY
Throughout these Terms, the terms “you,” “your,” and “Client” refer to the individual accessing this website or receiving services from Wellness Code. The terms “Wellness Code,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the business entity Wellness Code MSO LLC, which operates the Site and provides wellness and aesthetic services. References to “Parties” or “the Parties” include both the Client and Wellness Code, when applicable. These terms may appear in singular or plural form and should be interpreted interchangeably where appropriate.
SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number and expressly opting in to receive text messages from Wellness Code MSO LLC, you agree to receive SMS communications from us. SMS communications may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling and rescheduling updates, customer service communications, promotional offers, marketing messages, and other updates related to Wellness Code’s services, offers, and events, depending on the type of consent you provide.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Wellness Code. Where applicable, SMS consent is collected through website forms, scheduling forms, or other methods that clearly disclose the purpose of SMS communications and provide an opportunity to opt in.
2. Cancellation / Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Wellness Code at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program, except for messages necessary to confirm your opt-out or as otherwise permitted by law.
You may rejoin our SMS program at any time by providing your mobile number and completing the applicable opt-in process again.
3. Support Information

4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Wellness Code, including your appointment schedule, service usage, and the type of SMS program(s) to which you have opted in.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to or received from Wellness Code. For questions regarding your wireless plan, text messaging plan, or data plan, please contact your mobile carrier.
6. Supported Carriers
Our SMS messaging program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier availability and message delivery may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in Wellness Code’s SMS messaging program.
8. Privacy and SMS Data Protection
Wellness Code does not sell or share mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared with service providers and subcontractors solely as necessary to support our business operations and provide requested services, including customer service, appointment scheduling, and SMS communications. SMS opt-in data and consent records will not be used or disclosed for purposes unrelated to the SMS program except as permitted by applicable law.
We maintain records of SMS consent and implement reasonable safeguards designed to protect SMS-related information.
