Plan Ahead
Book your appointment at least 2 weeks before any major event to allow your results to fully develop and for any bruising, redness, or swelling to subside.
Medication Check
For at least 3–5 days before your appointment, we recommend stopping aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), naproxen, and other NSAIDs. This helps minimize bruising and bleeding. Always consult your doctor before discontinuing any prescribed medications.
Wait on Supplements
For 3 days prior to your appointment, hold off on taking fish oil, vitamin E, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, garlic, and St. John’s Wort, as these may increase the risk of bruising.
Hydrate
Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment for the best results.
Pregnant or Breastfeeding?
Lipodissolve is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Treatment
Using a fine needle, we'll administer the fat-dissolving shot directly into your target areas. The treatment typically takes 30-60 minutes.
Immediately After
It's common to experience some swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection sites. These effects usually peak within 6 to 72 hours and subside over the following days.
Avoid Strenuous Activity
To promote healing and reduce swelling, avoid intense exercise and activities that may increase blood flow to the treated areas for at least 24 to 48 hours.
When to Come Back
Depending on your goals, we may recommend multiple sessions. Treatments are typically spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart to allow your body to process and eliminate the dissolved fat cells effectively.
