Founder
Ben Graham,
PA-C
Ben Graham is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with over 11 years of experience across Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Orthopedics, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Aesthetics. Known for his calm and compassionate approach, Ben puts patients first by delivering high-quality care tailored to each individual’s goals. He blends critical care expertise with clear, relatable communication to help patients feel confident and comfortable throughout their treatment journey. Ben currently lives in Dallas, TX with his wife Cheryl, son Noah, and Doberman Zeke. Ben loves playing basketball and lifting weights and is currently trying to learn a new language.

Dr. Rubin Simon,
MD
Dr. Rubin Simon is our Medical Director and an internal medicine specialist with over 14 years of experience. A graduate of the University of Texas Health San Antonio School of Medicine, he brings deep expertise and a compassionate approach to every patient. Outside the clinic, Dr. Simon enjoys fishing and fitness, reflecting his belief in a balanced, holistic approach to health.

Heidi Polo
Heidi Polo is an experienced operations leader with a talent for creating efficient systems, supporting team growth, and building environments where both providers and patients can thrive. Known for her calm, people-focused approach, she brings organization and clarity to every part of her work, helping elevate the overall experience at Wellness Code. Heidi was drawn to the practice’s vision and commitment to excellence and is excited to contribute to its continued growth. Her go-to treatment is a Hydrafacial, and in her downtime she enjoys simple, grounding moments like lighting a candle, unwinding with a good show, and spending time with the people she loves.
